Ins: Douglas Kisembo (KCCA – loan), Albert Mugisa (Ndejje), Juma Balinya (Lweza), Samuel Kayongo (Kira), Norman Ojik, Basan Safi (Sadolin Paints), Aggrey Madoi (Vipers – loan), Simon Tamale (Lungujja), Gift Ali, Denis Bigala Makoba (Proline), Steven Mugisha (unattached).
Outs: Sakka Mpiima, Michael Birungi, Hakim Ssenkumba, Yasin Mugabi, William Wadri, Yasin Mubiru, Ivan Kyotelekera, Osman Mutumba, Edward Nkuume, Anthony Bongole.

Most exciting signing: Gift Ali is a player whose talent has never been doubt and under a coach who knows him in and out in Abdallah Mubiru, he is expected to blossom and also prove those that had written off wrong.
But the key will be him staying fit for bigger chunks of the season.

An unknown likely to surprise: Albert Mugisa has prompted genuine excitement after such a positive pre-season. The attacking midfielder has the ability to win you a game with one killer pass but also has an eye for goal.
His only disadvantage is the diminutive nature but he substitutes that with game intelligence and fast thinking brain.

Key Player: Gift Ali. The way Mubiru wants his team to play rotates around the former Proline skipper and although he is one always shy of responsibility, he has a duty to do and if all goes according to plan, his contribution will determine the kind of season the cops will have.

Tactics: The manager is likely to go with a 4-2-3-1 that switches to a 4-4-2 Diamond and or a traditional 4-4-2 if he plays with two forwards on top.
The beauty about their squad is the versatility with almost all players able to play in different positions.
