- Police Vs Kirinya Jinja SS – Namboole 4pm

Police FC target a return to winning ways when they host Kirinya Jinja SS on Wednesday at Namboole.
The Cops lost to Mbarara City 2-1 in their previous league outing away at Kakyeeka while Kirinya edged Proline by the same score line at home last week.
Abdallah Mubiru says his charges are aware of the task ahead of them after the defeat in Mbarara and wants to see his charges react positively.
“The loss from Mbarara is now behind us,” he said. “We have rectified the mistakes and everyone understands the importance of winning again so the target remains clear – three points,” he added.
His opposite number Charles Ayiekoh has sounded confident of picking points at Namboole, where only SC Villa managed to snatch one from the 2005 champions.
“We are much changed team now,” he said. “We have the capacity to go pick points anywhere and it will be the target,” he added.
Police sit 5th on the log with 10 points while Kirinya Jinja SS are ahead by one in third place after six games.
