The 2017-18 Futsal Super League continued with three Match Day 2 fixtures at the Futsal International Courts in Mengo, Kisenyi.

Yap Stars registered the biggest score line thus far, triumphing 11-8 over Parakeets in a 19 goal affair.

Ali Mukiibi led the rout with 5 goals on his personal account. The other strikes came from Peter Gatete (brace), Michael Osuji, Martin Ssemudu, Onyaliu Otto and Musa Masid.

Duncan Kabuubi got a hat-trick for Parakaeets as Bernard Ssetuba (2), Mike Kayondo (2) and Patrick Odyambo ensured the damage control button was pressed.

Riham shot aloft the 10 team log with a comprehensive 6-2 victory over last season’s Mini League champions Sauna.

Tonny Sebunya and Abdullah Sekito each scored two goals. Richard Kalule and Samson Sendege were also on target for Riham while Harunah Lugolobi and Moses Sekito got the goals for Sauna.

The final game on the night witnessed KSPG win 3-1 against Yeak Kabowa.

Najib Muwonge, Sadiq Sekyembe and Haruna Ssesanga scored for KSPG as Musa Mbaziira grabbed the consolation for Yeak Kabowa in the lowest scoring goal of the season so far.

Yap Stars’ massive 11-8 win against Parakeets is the highest scoring game this season.

Match Day 3 games will take place on Thursday, 16th November 2017.
