Rayon Sport coach Olivier Karekezi anticipates a tough game against Burundi’s Lydia Lydic Academic in the CAF Champions League.
The Rwanda champions host the first leg on the weekend of Feb 10-11 and a week later, visit their neighbours for the return match.
“The game will be tough but we have to make sure that we prepare well so that we’re ready,” said the former Rwanda international and captain.
“We want to reach to the first round, which will be even tougher but we have to compete with big teams to reach at highest level in Africa.
In case they go past the preliminary round, they will come face to face against South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns, home to Uganda’s number one, Denis Onyango.
