The Uganda Rugby Union (URU) has overturned the walkover awarded to Kobs on Saturday after Hippos failed to turn up for the league game at Legends.

The Jinja based side did not make the trip for the fixture and reportedly communicated on Monday but the union appeals committee has rescheduled the game for Wednesday, February 21.

This is not the first time URU is overturning a walkover this season. In December last year, the Union overturned Pirates walkover against Mongers, with the points being awarded to the the Entebbe based side.

The walkover also counts as the only loss for table topping Pirates this season.
