Michael Tumusiime beat a big field of over 150 golfers to win the February Monthly Mug at the Uganda Golf Club.
Tumusiime who recently qualified from the national golf trials returned a score of 73 nett to claim the Men’s Group A category.
David Sekitoleko was winner Group B with 70 nett on count back at one-day event held on Saturday.
Stanley Musiime emerged winner of Group C while Gloria Mbaguta and Annette Kiconco were winners in Ladies Group A and B respectively.
The monthly mug is used to determine the club’s overall golfer of the year.
