Midfielder Gift ‘Gigi’ Ali gave the visitors the lead through a well taken free-kick from 30 yards on 13 minutes.

There was a nervy moment when Masavu players claimed James Kasibante’s 33rd minute effort had crossed the line but FIFA referee Ali Sabila ruled otherwise.

Defender Benjamin Nyakoojo, on loan from Vipers was booked in the process.

Masavu called for an early change when stocky midfielder Herbert Kakande paved way for attacker Ddumba Sadala.

By the half time recess, the visitors maintained the lead 1-0.

In the second stanza of the game, Proline pulled out midfielder Daniel Isiagi for Alex Dichimma Ewuchie with 23 minutes left on the clock.

Masavu got the much needed equalizer through former Lweza and Gor Mahia forward Arthur Semazi in the 82nd minute.

Two minutes later, Proline goal hero Gift Ali paved way for Sula “Maluda” Matovu.

Proline defender, Musitafa Mujjuzi was also cautioned for unsporting conduct.
