- SuperSport United 2-1 Gor Mahia

Kenyan giants Gor Mahia have advanced to the CAF Confederation Cup group stage despite falling 2-1 to SuperSport United on Wednesday night.
Francis Kahata scored the all important away goal for Gor to make the group stage for the first time and also become the first Kenyan side to achieve that feat.
The K’Ogalo had travel hitches and only arrived in South Africa on Tuesday but that did not deter them as the held last year’s Cup finalists in the first.
However, the side went down fifteen minutes into the second half when skipper Harun Shakava diverted the ball into his own net.
Kahata who tormented SuperSport’s defense all night replied almost immediately with a well taken goal off George Odhambo’s cross.
Thambo Mnyamane then restored the hosts lead seven minutes later but Gor Mahia who were without Ephrem Guikan and Jacques Tuyisenge (scorer in the first leg) held on despite a late attacks from the Matsatsantsa.
Dylan Kerr’s men survived with one of Mnyamane’s efforts coming off the crossbar five minutes from time.
