Proline head coach Mujib Kasule was left impressed with the collective effort from his charges during a comprehensive 3-1 win against Police on Tuesday.
Daniel Isiagi (brace) and Gift Ali were on target for Proline at the StarTimes Stadium as the side recorded their first win in ten matches and Kasule now believes they have regained form at the right time.
In the post-match press conference, he said: “It was a very good game… We played a very good side who use the ball very well but we matched them as we worked very hard and this time the difference was the efficiency in front of goal and I think we deserved to win.
The fight is still on, it’s going to be like this for a while and we have to keep winning by scoring goals like we have done if we are to survive something we have been patiently working on in training and hopefully it has come at the right time.
The win took Proline to 23 points from 24 games. They face Soana Football Club in their next match at Kavumba Recreational Grounds.
