Soana head coach Alex Isabirye has called for special spirited character from his players with five games to the end of the season.

We need to be more clinical in front of goal, defend well and pass the ball carefully at all times. This calls for special character from the players. I have noticed the players who have the right character and those are the ones i will remain with next season.
Isabirye’s comments come in the aftermath of his club’s 1-0 loss away to bottom placed Masavu at the Fisheries Training Institute on Wednesday.
Soana fell to Abraham Ndugwa’s penalty after a handball by Musa Mudde in the forbidden area that young FIFA Woman referee Shamirah Nabadda awarded.
The visitors’ defender Michael Kawooya hit the post in the first half as they tried to bring the game level.

Not yet safe:
Soana is not yet safe from the relegation politics, a situation that Isabirye is aware of;
We need to keep winning so that we do not come to the relegation mathematics. Good enough, we shall rest before our next game in the coming week at home against Proline in Kavumba.
Soana has 28 points from 25 games and they are in the 10th place.
