Bul FC have lost their petition against Vipers after the latter failed to present players’ licenses before the two sides played to a goalless draw at Kakindu last week.
The Jinja based side had petitioned the Uganda Premier League to act as per article 26 of the FUFA Competitions Rule 2017/18 but in a ruling by the FUFA Disciplinary Panel, Vipers followed the right procedures.
According to the FUFA Competitions Rules 2017/18, Article 26.4(i) Vipers SC reported the case of loss of licenses to police and presented the matter to the TOC for action within the required time and therefore Vipers SC in this case fulfilled this requirement and has no case and the results remain 00-00.
That implies that Vipers stay firmly second on the 16-team log with 46 points while Bul are 9th with 28 points.
