Sports Club Villa Jogoo captain Bernard Muwanga has hinted on experience as a key aspect that inspired his side to a 3-0 victory against fourth division outfit, Kampala Junior Team (KJT) in the Uganda Cup quarter final match at Lugogo on Saturday.

Addressing the media after the match, Muwanga pointed to the urge from his charges to kill off the game;
We came very prepared for the task ahead of us. KJT hosts their games from our training venue and we knew how they play. Our strategy was to kill off the game early and we did exactly that. Experience wise, we were better on the day.
SC Villa scored an early goal through striker George Senkaaba in the 10th minute. Martin Kizza added the second two minutes to the half-hour mark through a penalty after Simon Sserunkuma’s cross on the left was handled in the area by defender Dirisa Kagimu.
The third goal arrived in the 70th minute from second half substitute Ambrose Kirya who had replaced Allan Kyambadde moments into the second stanza of the game.
Focus and Concentration:
Muwanga has demanded for focus and concentration from the rest of his teammates, especially in this final bend of the season where they have five games to play.
We are still hopeful that we can win a double (league and Uganda Cup) because we have what it takes to pull off decent results. We only have to concentrate and have the belief.
SC Villa Jogoo joins KCCA in the semi finals of the Uganda Cup with two other quarter finals yet to be played this coming weekend.
In the league, the Jogoos travel to Mbarara for a date against Mbarara City this coming Saturday.
