Express Football Club “The Red Eagles” have maintained the desperate fight against relegation with a spirited display away from home at Mandela National Stadium.
A one all draw with URA Football Club on Saturday keeps the hopes of survival alive with two matches left on their schedule.
Utility player Ayub Kisaliita continued with his goal scoring for the Red Army with a late-late strike to bring the game level.
Kisaliita struck expertly with a penalty kick in the 93rd minute, neutralizing Peter Lwasa’s opener in the 47th minute.
Allan Munaaba and Brian Majwega were cautioned by FIFA Referee Brian Miiro Nsubuga and Jalilu Zimula was booked for Express.

Despite the point earned, Express returns to the bottom three with two – three matches left prior to the climax of the season.
Express is now 14th, having collected 27 points whilst URA stays 10th with 33 points from 28 matches.
Fresh from a goal-less stalemate away to Arua with Onduparaka on Tuesday, Sam Ssimbwa is yet to taste a win since taking over the tax collectors’ side after the resignation of Paul Nkata.
URA’s next match will also be at home against bottom placed Masavu on Tuesday, 8th May 2018.
Meanwhile, Express returns to action against title chasing SC Villa in the epic Kampala derby on Friday, 11th May 2018 at Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
