Allan Okello blamed failure to pick points from Botswana’s Township Rollers on hard luck.

The youngster who had a below par game by his standards says KCCA created more chances than the opponents but didn’t use them.

“Hard luck,” a confident Okello responded when asked where the Ugandan champions lost the game. “We got more chances than them. But we didn’t use them. Next time, we are gona do best to win,” he added.

Okello also admitted that pressure is mounting on the local champions to defend the league title as well as do well in the CAF Champions League.

“There is a little bit of pressure on us now. We want to defend our trophy (league) but also do well to reach the quarter finals of the champions league.

KCCA sit seven points adrift of runway champions Vipers but with a game in hand and have all but surrendered their crown.
