SC Villa will battle Vipers in semifinals of the 2018 Uganda Cup.
The draws for the semifinals were conducted on Wednesday, May 9 at FUFA House in Mengo pitting the rivals in the two-leged affair.
The Joogos have lost both league games to Vipers and the oldest cup competition in the land presents a chance to Wasswa Bbosa’s men to get their revenge and also a realistic chance of silverware this season.
Villa will host the first leg, most likely at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankuluku where they have been playing their cup home games this campaign before heading to St Mary’s Kitende.
Meanwhile, Cup holders KCCA FC were drawn against FUFA Big League side Synergy.
The second division side will host the first encounter in Masaka before paying the Kasasiro a visit at the StarTimes stadium.
The games will be played between May 23 and May 31.
