KCCA manager Mike Mutebi would love to have his U-20 stars when his side visit Bright Stars in a must win league game on Saturday.

Bright Stars host the game at Champions Stadium, Mwererwe but on the same weekend, Hippos will be in Cameroon for the return leg of the Afcon U-20 qualifies.

Julius Poloto, Mustafa Kizza and Allan Okello are all integral part of both the Kasasiro and the Hippos and either coach would want to have his best players around.

“Like we said, our task is to win our games and see what happens,” said Mutebi in an interview with Kwese TV. “Against Bright Stars, I would want to have my players but we have others as well,” he added.

The FUFA rule is clear that when you have 2 or more players on the national team, your game is postponed. Maybe they will do so.

The trio has been fantastic for the champions and Mutebi doesn’t hide that.

These kids have been integral and every coach wants his best players around.

KCCA must win all their remaining games against Bright Stars, Bul and Police and pray Vipers falter in any of their home games against Express and UPDF to retain the title.

The Lugogo based side have never won three league titles on the bounce.
