The Green Light Stadium in Arua is one of those intimidating football grounds in the country.

In as many games since the club inception back in the years, Onduparaka FC has lost twice (to SC Villa and KCCA) at the Green Light.

The sheer determination from the home players aside, the massive turn out of fans every time Onduparaka is in action in Arua is always an extra impetus to the club christened as the Caterpillars.

It is match day at the Green Light once again on Tuesday as the home club entertains Bright Stars.

This will be a battle of two on-form entities that have each lost once in four games.

This very season, Onduparaka under former Maroons long serving Asaph Mwebaze as head coach has won two matches away 1-0 against SC Villa and the latest 3-0 victory to Kirinya-Jinja S.S.

They also defeated newly promoted Nyamityobora 2-0 on match day one of the season at home.

Led by on colour Viane Ssekajugo, scorer of a brace away to Kirinya-Jinja S.S, the Arua based club will also pray that Ceasar Samson Okhuti, goalkeeper Nicholas Ssebwato, Fred Okot Oola, Rashid Okocah, Ezra Bidda, Abel Eturude and company replicate the true desired form.

Bright Stars fell 2-0 away to KCCA at Lugogo in their match last week, and will be eyeing nothing but revenge.

Fred Kajoba’s charges traveled safely to Arua on Sunday after the morning session and they were accommodated at Comboni in Arua.

The visiting side conducted the final session on Monday evening meant to wash off the jet leg and fatigue.

Club top scorer and captain Nelson Senkatuka will lead the quest for a rare victory from Arua.

Senkatuka was joined by former Masavu captain Henry Kiwanuka, Sulaiman Sekagya Sebbunza, Ssebaduka, Alfred Onek, Dan Bilikwalira, Henry Katongole, former Onduparaka right back Aggrey Kiirya, Henry Kayanja, John Kokas Opejo, Katende, Innocent Asiimwe, John Kaggwa, Methiodius Jungu, Ngoobi, Augustine Kacancu, Tamale, Augustine Walusimbi and veteran goalkeeper Hamza Muwonge for the mission possible Arua task.

The injury list at Bright Stars has hard tackling midfielder Brian Enzema and former Onduparaka creative play-maker Mahad Kiseeka and the duo did not make the traveling team.

Bright Stars head coach Fred Kajoba. coming from the 2-0 away loss to 12 time league champions KCCA, believes all the players at his disposal are ready for the job at hand;

We have 28 licenced players. With the injured aside, these others are ready to do the job and win us three points. We have no excuses for the absentees.

Onduparaka is currently third with 9 points off four matches while Bright Stars is 6th on 7 points.
