Draw specialists Uganda Revenue Authority played to the 11th stalemate of the season during the goal-less result away to Onduparaka at the intimidating Green Light Stadium, Arua on Tuesday.
This was during match day 19 of the Uganda Premier League in which either sides failed to find the back of the net despite attempts to create the scoring opportunities.
