Kenya arrived this morning from Nairobi to complete the trio of teams that will take part in the Victoria Tri Series and they were able to get in a net session to prepare them for the tournament.

Sarah Wetoto, one of the go to players of the Kenyan team, was notably missing but team was confident that she will be able to link up with the team before tomorrow morning.

At the press conference to launch the series, Zimbabwe Captain Mary Anne Musonda mentioned that they were looking forward to the series as they prepare for the main event in May.

There is a reward for every player of the match who will walk away with a brand new smart phone courtesy of Hisense Uganda.

Zimbabwe will kick off action against Kenya as the two giants size each other up.

Hosts Uganda will be watching carefully from the sidelines as they wait to take on neighbors Kenya in the afternoon.

The games that have T20 international status will have the three sides facing each other twice before the top two sides play each other in a final on Wednesday.

Action starts tomorrow, Saturday April 6 at 10:00 am and all games will be played at Lugogo.
