Zimbabwe offensive midfielder Khama Billiat, 28, has suffered a knee injury just days before the start of the 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.

Billiat has missed the country’s last two training sessions due to discomfort in his knee.

The Kaizer Chiefs’ star player also missed the Warriors’ last preparation game against Tanzania (ended one goal apiece).

Despite the injury, Billiat is expected to appear in the Warriors’ first game of the tournament against Egypt.
