  • Police Vs URA – MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo Live on Sanyuka TV

Third visits fourth as URA make a trip to the MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo to face Police.

The two are still within touching distance of leaders Express and Vipers and picking maximum points will be the target.

But away from the teams, there will be focus on individuals as Henry Kisekka and Arafat Galiwango take on their former paymasters.

Kisekka made a scoring debut for the Cops in the 2-2 draw with SC Villa on Saturday and will target another goal against URA where he spent several years before he moved for stints abroad.

On the other hand, Galiwango made himself a name at Police where he established himself as one of the best left backs in the league then and if picked to play, he will face the Cops for the first time since leaving.

Coach Abdallah Mubiru whose side has won all but one home game this season is confident his lads will do the job despite having a big injury list.

“We are missing quite a number of players but I trust the available players to do the job,” he told the pre-match conference. “We have had good recovery sessions from our last game and hope to manage the game better than how we fared in the draw with Villa,” he added.

Police are without their talisman Ben Ocen, Herman Wasswa, Fahad Kizito, Samuel Kayongo and Eric Ssenjobe for the duel but have skipper Tonny Mawejje back after missing the last game.

Their key men remain Johnson Odong and Brian Mayanja Mululi with a task to unlock Sam Ssimbwa’s men at the back.

For URA, Cromwell Rwothomio and Steven Mukwala will be vital going forward with Moses Sseruyidde and Shafik Kagimu running the show in the middle of the pack.

The last meeting ended in a 2-1 win for Police, a game that turned out to be the saviour for Police’s season as they survived relegation.
