- Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium, Wakissha
Charles Livingstone Mbabazi will be the centre of attraction when Mbarara City visits Wakiso Giants at Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium, Wakissha.
The assistant Uganda Cranes coach is in charge of the Ankole Lions and faces his former bosses for the second time since leaving the Purple Sharks.
His first visit was late last year when he took Kyetume FC to Wakissha and the team lost a two goal lead to draw 2-2 with the hosts.
Mbarara City comes into the game minus two inspirational players Hilary Mukundane and Stephen Othieno who are sitting out a second match of the four match suspension.
For Wakiso Giants, Viane Ssekajugo begins his four match suspension as well and joins injured Edward Satulo, Rahmat Ssenfuka and Faizul Ibrahim on the list of players to miss out for the Purple Sharks.
Relegation threat
The two sides are aware that failure to collect points will throw them in the struggle to stay up.
With 14 points, Mbarara City are just two points above safety in 13th position while Wakiso Giants are one place and two points above.
A win for the visitors will see them leapfrog their hosts on the league table.
Key players
In the absence of Ssekajugo, the hosts will rely on Kipson Atuheire who scored the winner in the reverse fixture as well as Ivan Bogere for goals.
On the other hand, the visitors will hope Jude Semugabi, Makweth Wol and Bashir Mutanda are in fine form to steer them to victory.
