A perfect outing on Good Friday saw KCCA FC win 3-0 thanks to goals from Filbert Obenchan, Charles Lwanga and Julius Poloto who was returning from a long-term injury scored a goal apiece.

Whereas BUL FC got all three points in the reverse fixture, KCCA FC were ruthless from onset despite the breakthrough coming at the stroke of halftime.

Defender Obenchan ran to the far post to node home Bright Anukani’s well delivered free-kick.

A minute upon restart, KCCA FC stretched their lead through Lwanga who capitalized on a blunder by goalkeeper Abdu Kimera.

Kimera who received a back pass from Peter Onzima, had a wrong pass into the path of Lwanga who did no mistake to slot home.

Poloto who had taken close to a year without playing due to recurring injuries returned and played his first game this season, coming off the bench in the 55th minute replacing Steven Serwadda.

He made sure his return was remarkable with a goal to his name. His scorcher in the 75th minute when into the roof of the net for KCCA FC third goal of the day.

The forward cum wing-back nearly got a second moments later but his well taken effort from a free kick just outside the area ricocheted off the upright.

Victory keeps KCCA FC in fourth place on 30 points while BUL FC drop to 10th with 20 points.
