Proline FC recovered from matchday two blushes by overcoming FUFA Big League new comers Terrazo and Tiles FC at Kakyeka Stadium on Thursday.

Tooro United FC had subjected Proline to a 1-0 loss last week but the Lugogo based side made quick amends by dispatching Terrazo and Tiles with a 3-1 victory.

Ivan Ocholit, Hamis ‘Diego’ Kizza and skipper Noordin Bunjo scored a goal apiece for Proline FC while the home side got their consolation from Emmanuel Balyejjusa who converted from the spot.

In this game, Alpha Ssali who was part of the Uganda U20 National Team at the 2021 Africa U20 Cup of Nations made his debut at Proline FC.

Ssali has been part of Proline FC set up since he was three and got promoted from their Junior Team last season.

He joined Ramathan Juma, Richard Ajuna, Bunjo and Joshua Okiror as the other Proline Academy graduates that featured in the game against Terrazo and Tiles.

Victory took Proline FC back to the top of the log on six points in 3 games while Terrrazo and Tiles drop 7th place on two points.

Proline FC will stay in Mbarara and face Nyamityobora FC this weekend at Kayeka Stadium while Terrazo and Tiles will travel to Buhinga Stadium to take on wounded Tooro United FC.
