Joint record Uganda Cup winners Express begin hunt for the elusive 11th crown with a first leg trip to Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru where Kyetume FC is lurking.

The Red eagles have won 10 trophies alongside KCCA but have not won the competition since 2007.

Coming into the game, they are confident after thrashing URA 3-1 in the league and face a side low on confidence as they have won none of their past eleven league games.

The Slaughters were also beaten 3-0 by Police FC on Saturday and have a new man in the dugout in former Ugandan international Jackson Mayanja.

With George Senkaaba still injured, the visitors will look to on form Eric Kambale and Godfrey Lwesibawa for crucial away goals in the first leg.

On the other hand, Kyetume will hope Feni Ali, Baker Buyala and Sharif Saaka are in good mood on the day.

The two sides settled for a goalless stalemate when they clashed in the second last game of the first round at Wankulukuku.

Elsewhere, Proline take on MYDA, Mbale Heroes are away to Gadaffi, Kitara host Kigezi Home Boyz while Tooro United pay a visit to Kataka at Mbale.

The other top tier clash will feature Mbarara City away to URA.
