Matchday 17 of the Uganda Premier League returns on Tuesday, 13th April 2021 with five matches lined up before another set of three games on the subsequent day.

This comes after the completion of the round of 32 of the Uganda Cup for the top tier and second division clubs.

On Tuesday, table leaders Vipers play host to Busoga United at the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

Vipers players celebrate one of their 5 goals against Busoga United at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru. They face again on Tuesday, 13th April 2021

This will be the third time that these two clubs are facing each other in a space of one week.

In the first leg played on 20th December 2020, Vipers beat Busoga United 5-3 at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.

Other matches:

Sam Ssimbwa’s Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) takes on Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) under Morley Byekwaso at the Arena of Visions inside the Ndejje University in another epic clash.

This particular match will be live on Sanyuka Television. In Jinja city, BUL will take on Kyetume at the Kyabazinga Stadium-Bugembe.

Onduparaka takes on newcomers Kitara at the Ababet Green Light Stadium in Arua city and Mbarara City will take on Malaba Youth development Association (MYDA) at the Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara City.

On Wednesday, 14th April 2021, Sports Club Villa takes on Express in the famous derby at Bombo Military Barracks Ground.

Soltilo Bright Stars will face Wakiso Giants at Kavumba Recreational grounds in Wakiso district.

Police will then play UPDF in the battle of forces at the MTN Omondi stadium in Lugogo, Kampala city.
