Gaddafi Football Club recorded their second victory of the 2021 FUFA Big League season, triumphing 3-2 at home over visiting Blacks Power during the Elgon group on Thursday, April 15, 2021.
Mark Bamukyaaye, James Otim and Frank Mulimi scored for Gaddafi who are now managed by an interim coach, Hassan Zzungu.
Blacks Power, a rebranded entity from Bukedea Town Council scored through Nigerian import Innocent Maduka.
Maduka scored the opener after 33 minutes before Bamkyaaye got the equalizer on the stroke on half time with a well struck penalty.

Gaddafi took command of the game for the first time through Otim in the 54th minute but the joy was short lived.
Mulimi found the winner with 12 minutes to play and grab the maximum points.
This was the second win for Gaddafi in 4 matches after their opening 1-0 victory on match day one against Mbale Heroes.
Christened as “The Soldierz Boys”, Gaddafi then lost 2-0 at home to Maroons and 1-0 away to Kataka – Mbale at the Mbale Municipal Stadium.

Meanwhile, Mbale Heroes drew 1-all draw with Arua Hill at the Mbale Municipal Stadium in Mbale city during another Elgon group contest.
Ibrahim Kibumba gave the home side the lead on 21 minutes before Arua Hill captain Samson Ceaser Okhuti found the equalizer in the 71st minute.
The game came to a stand-still for about 10 minute after protests from the home team but resumed moments later.
Maroons lost their first game of the season after losing 2-1 to newly promoted Calvary 2-1 at the AbaBet Green Light Stadium, Arua city.
Gaddafi overcame Blacks Power 3-2 at the Kyabazinga stadium, Jinja city.
At the Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara City, Nyamityobora beat visiting Proline 2-0.
Luwero United earned their first win of the FUFA Big League, condemning overcame Kigezi Home Boyz 2-1 at the Kosovo Arena in Luwero.
Tooro United smiled over visiting Terrazo and Tiles at the Buhinga stadium in Fort Portal city.
Ndejje University edged Water with a home 1-0 win at the Arena of Visions.
Three clubs shall be promoted to the Uganda Premier League by the end of the season.
Two clubs are promoted directly; one apiece from the Elgon and Rwenzori groups.
The third club earns their berth via a promotional play-off that involves four clubs.
For the first time this season, the FUFA Big League is televised live on Sanyuka Television.
