  • Tooro Queens vs Kampala Queens – 9AM
  • Makerere University WFC vs Kawempe Muslim Ladies -12PM

Kawempe Muslim have a chance to seal qualification to the playoffs of this year’s FUFA Women Super League on Friday if they secure maximum points against Makerere University WFC.

Currently, top of the table on six points, same as Uganda Martyrs, the Warriors know that victory in their final group game will all but send them through given their healthy goal advantage of five goals.

The League Record Champions started with a 4-0 win over Kampala Queens before suffering a set back against Uganda Martyrs (1-0 loss). They however, bounced back on matchday three to win 2-0 against new comers Tooro Queens.

Against Makerere University, Kawempe Muslim will come depleted with three of their players ruled out due to examinations.

Striker Juliet Nalukenge and defenders Stella Musubika and Asia Nakibuuka have all returned to school to sit for their S.6 Examinations on Friday.

Kawempe’s Juliet Nalukenge (in red) takes on UCU Lady Cardinals defenders.

In the absence of Nalukenge, Allen Nassazi who currently leads the scoring charts with two goals is expected to lead the line.

Shakira Nankwanga will return to centre back to partner captain Aisha Nantongo while Rehema Nabulya could be handed her first start in the left back position to fill Nakibuuka’s void.
