KIU Titans have bolstered their frontcourt with the signing of Kenyan international Ariel Okall on a short term deal.

Okall returns to the Ugandan league for the second time having featured for Falcons six years ago. He was expected to join City Oilers last season before Covid-19 hit.

The power forward brings a wealth of experience and steel to the side looking to challenge seven-time champions City Oilers.

At KIU, Okall joins forces with Michael Bwanga and Faisal Aden with whom he played at KPA during the Basketball Africa League qualifiers in 2019.

The addition of Okall to the roster adds depth to Titans especially on the defensive end of the court.

Okall is expected in the country today and could make his debut on Sunday when Titans face JKL Dolphins.
