With the league title seemingly out of reach for KCCA, their main chance of winning silverware remains in the Uganda Cup.

But they must oust Maroons first who they visit on Sunday eager to establish a first leg advantage at the round of 16.

Morley Byekwaso’s men go into the game on the back of a disappointing 2-0 home loss to Soltilo Bright Stars and the gaffer has called for more aggressiveness if his side is to win anything this season.

“We need to be aggressive and have top character if we are to win any trophy this season,” said Byekwaso after defeat to Bright Stars.

He is likely to maintain almost a similar team that played on Thursday and they remain favourites against the Prisons’ side that is struggling in the Fufa Big League against all odds.

The hosts will however fancy their chances against a familiar opponent and Coach Charles Ayiekoh will hope his key men Fred Amaku, Pius Obuya and Ronald Orombi among others show up on the day.

KCCA’s main threat remains forwards Sadat Anaku and Charles Lwanga.

Other games on the day will see Police and Proline hosting Bright Stars and Mbale Heroes respectively at Lugogo while Tooro United visit Wakiso Giants at Wakissha.
