Simba Sports Club and Uganda Cranes midfielder Taddeo Lwanga has dedicated the star performance in the previous season at the club to the fallen sister Agnes Nakityo.
Lwanga clinched the domestic double at Simba after winning the Tanzania Premier League and FA cup trophies.
He has since dedicated the wonderful heroics to the late sister who died mid-way the season and was laid to rest to Ndejje Lubugumu, Ndejje Division in Wakiso District.
“I dedicate my success to the Agnes Nakityo (R.I.P). She had always inspired me perform to my best” Lwanga told Kawowo Sports.

Since his arrival from Egypt’s Tanta, Lwanga became a main stream team player at Simba and rarely missed a match across all competitions.
He galvanized the wonderful performance of the season with a great headed goal in the final of the Tanzania FA cup played at the Lake Tanganyika stadium during the 1-0 win over sworn arch rivals, Young Africans.

The superb performance on the day and the well executed goal also earned him the man of the match accolade that comes forth with Tanzania Shs 1,000,000.
Lwanga, an AFCON finalist with Uganda Cranes at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations tournament has also been an integral part of the national team.
Hailing from the famous Mamba clan in the Buganda tribe lineage, Lwanga has also previously played for Express, Sports Club Villa, Vipers and Tanta in Egypt.
