FUFA Women Super League
Matchday Four Results
She Corporate FC 2-1 Lady Doves FC
Olila High School WFC 1-0 She Maroons FC
FC Tooro Queens 1-1 UCU Lady Cardinals FC

UCU Lady Cardinals’ winning streak could have come to an end after a one all draw against Tooro Queens FC on Sunday, but the University side returned to the top of the table in the FUFA Women Super League.

The 2019 League Champions had won their first three games of the season and looked like they were destined for a fourth straight win until Ruth Nyakato scored for Tooro Queens to force the game into a draw.

Nyakato’s goal cancelled out an early strike from Sandra Kisakye who had given UCU Lady Cardinals the lead at Buhinga Stadium in Fort Portal.

The result means UCU Lady Cardinals are top of the table on ten points after matchday four. They lead the log on goal difference because second placed She Corporate also have the same points following their 2-1 win over Lady Doves on Saturday.

FC Tooro Queens on the other hand moved to sixth place on 4 points and their next game will be at home to Olila High School WFC on Saturday, 5th March.
