Julius Poloto has suffered a new injury setback as he picked up another knock, KCCA FC has confirmed.
The midfielder’s career has been plagued by consistent injuries and the latest keeps him out until an unknown date.
He is one of the players ruled out of the club’s round of 16 clash against Mbarara City in the Stanbic Uganda Cup on Friday at Lugogo.
“Julius Poloto suffered a setback in his recovery to full fitness,” the club said on their website.
“He will miss the game due to a muscle injury. His return date is unknown.”
The club also confirmed centre back John Revita is “ruled out for a long term due to a knee injury.”
Also injured is striker Muhammad Shaban who could return after the International break.
