A slow start by Warriors characterized by poor shooting and high turnover rate in the first two quarters made Canons set the pace of the game and open up a 6 points lead the range which they maintained before finally winning by 15 points. Solid defending by UCU through
out the game and great defensive rebounding made Warriors look an average side as UCU kept it tight.
In the other match up Miracle Eagles beat DMark Power 80-65 to lead the series 1-0 as Eagles put up an extra ordinary performance on the night against Power.
