Tanzania Vs Uganda – National Stadium, Dar es Salam
Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has made one change amongst the match officials that will handle the 2014 Chan qualifier first leg match between Tanzania and Uganda at the National Stadium, Dar es Salaam on Saturday.
According to the statement released by Tanzania Football Federation (TFF), Jean Claude Birumushahu has been replaced by fellow Burundian Herve Kakunze.
Impeccable sources reveal that Birumushahu a FIFA referee was removed from the list despite his earlier appointment after he failed a fitness test earlier this week.
Kakunze (assistant) alongside fellow countrymen Thierry Nkurunziza (centre) and Pascal Ndimuzingo (assistant) are the three officials for the game while Ethiopia FA Chief and Member of the Chan Organizing Committee Gebreyesus Tesfaye will be the match commissioner.
The four are expected to arrive in Tanzania on Thursday.
