East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) boss has confirmed that the last group four fixtures that were scheduled for Nyayo stadium in Nairobi have been moved to Afraha stadium, Nakuru.
The moved matches were scheduled between Wednesday December 4 and Thursday 5 at Nyayo.
Musonye said the teams that will have advanced to the knock out stage from Nakuru will be airlifted directly to Mombasa, a designated venue for the quarter finals.
Kisumu Municipal stadium which had earlier been scrapped off the venues for this year’s tourney is back on the schedule to host the semi-finals.
The Cecafa boss also confirmed that semifinalists will thereafter be flown to Kisumu and back to Nairobi where the finals will be hosted at Nyayo.
So far two stadiums have been used for this year’s edition. Nyayo in Nairobi and Jomo Kenyatta stadium in Machakos 60km away from the capital.
