Uganda finished sixth at the 12th All Africa Challenge golf tournament that concluded this morning at the Muthaiga Golf Club in Nairobi, Kenya.
Uganda who yesterday finished in sixth position with a total 496 over the three days of action.
The tournament was retained by South Africa for a second year running with a score of 442 gross and was closely followed by Kenya the hosts who ended with a total of 453, Tanzania was third with 456.
Flavia Namakula, was the best performer for the national team with a total gross score of 240 while Katy Kabenge finished with 259 while Harriet Kitaka ended with 265.
The four day tournament attracted 17 nations with Uganda finishing better than their last outing in 2012 in Botswana were a total of 19 nations participated were they finished 8th.
