This weekend’s 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between Uganda and Ghana has been called all sorts of names from a classic tie to a larger-than-life encounter. Cranes coach Micho Sredojevic calls it an Epic Clash, one that Uganda must win to keep their dreams of qualifying for next year’s finals alive.

Ghana is not the team you can threaten. I want to call it epic clash, one we really want to get the best out of and look forward to qualifying for Africa Cup of Nations.

Out of four games Ghana top group E with eight points, two wins one draw and a loss, while Uganda are bottom with four points. Two loses to Togo a draw to Ghana in Kumasi and a win against Guinea in Namboole.

In the recent years traveling across Africa they (Ghana) have only lost once by accident to Zambia. We are playing a great team, one of the greatest African teams but we will give our best.

A win for Uganda will take them to seven points with an away tie against Guinea in Casablanca on November 15.
