Ivory Coast host Cameroon in a make or break tie for them that will see them make it to the finals in Equatorial Guinea or not.
The Elephants sit second in the group four behind the already qualified Indomitable Lions but must at least earn a draw to confirm their place in the finals.
With DR Congo strong favourites to earn victory over the group’s whipping boys Sierra Leone in Kinshasa, pressure is on the Ivorians against Cameroon.
DR Congo has a better head to head than Ivory Coast thus victory for them coupled with Ivory Coast’s loss at home to Cameroon will put them level on 9 points but the Congolese have a better head to head in comparison.
Nevertheless, both sides still have a great chance of finishing as the 3rd best placed team.
