Uganda’s Haruna Nsubuga pulled off a hard fought draw against Egypt’s highly rated Amin Ashraf (2257) in the sixth round to get to 2.5 points out of 6 in the ongoing Zone 4.2 Africa Chess Championship in Cairo, Egypt.
After his splendid sixth round result, the Ugandan is now scheduled to face off with yet another highly rated Egyptian, Hatem Eldesoky (2297) in the seventh round.
