Three time two-wheel-drive champion Edson Mungyereza is looking at all positives ahead of the start of the new season.
Known for his consistency, Mungyereza has set a top finish for his season expectation despite the much anticipated competition from all drivers.
“I only want to finish in top ten which means I can finish third, fourth or even first. That’s were my battle will concentrate despite the tight competition from stronger cars,” he told Kawowo Sports.
The Subaru driver completed every event in 2015 events and he hopes to up the ante.
His first challenge will be in the Mbarara Rally.
“Mbarara will predict my season’s performance and I hope to be better than last year,” he said.
Mungyereza has been driving under the flagship brands of fellow driver Vik Saini of Excel constructions.
He will have Ali Katumba call the notes this season.
