Police 0-1 The Saints
Ezekiel Katende scored the winning goal for visiting The Saints Football Club against Police at Kavumba Recreational stadium in Wakiso on Tuesday evening.
In a rain laden fixture, Moses Basena’s side was dominant for long spells of the game.
It was not until the 40th minute that Katende beat Sam Kivumbi for the lone strike of the day.
The win for The Saints was the 3rd in seven opening fixtures and propels the Bombo based side to 6th place on the 16 team log with 10 points.
Police suffered the 4th loss of the season as they remain with 5 points.

The next fixtures for the two sides will be played on 1st October 2016.
The Saints shall host Bright Stars at Bombo Military stadium whilst Police will be away in Jinja against BUL at Kakindu stadium.
