Former Super Eagles’ Coach, Phillip Troussier has promised glory in case he takes the mantle of the Algeria National Football Team.
Algeria faces Nigeria in Uyo on November 12 and Troussier, also known as the ‘White Witch Doctor,’ has promised victory for that match in case he is appointed to the helm.
Algeria have not hired a replacement for Serb, Miroslav Rajevac, who was forced to leave the post following a players’ revolt after their 1-1 draw with Cameroun in their opening game of the qualifiers in Blida.
Belgian coach, Georges Leeskens is Troussier’s competitor for the job but the latter boasts experience from Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, South Africa and Morocco national outfits.
