Sadolin’s leading goal scorer Norman Ojik heaped praise on his teammates after what he called a ‘motivational win’ over Bright Stars on Saturday at the Mandela National Stadium, Nambole.

The Jinja outfit through Nasser Swafi Bassan’s brace and Jamali Sijali’s 76th minute goal subjected Bright Stars to their 4th defeat of the campaign as they recorded their first three points in the second round.

“It was a great performance from the team,” Ojik who created Sadolin’s second goal told Kawowo Sports after the game. “We played with great character and hunger and everyone wanted victory today.

“It was a motivational win for us. It means we have to work even harder for us to get results similar to this one. We are not safe from relegation so it means we have to keep fighting for such results.”

Despite their comfortable victory, Sadolin Paints who were scoring three goals in a single game for the first time this season move just a place to 12th in the league.
