Bul FC have announced the appointment of Kefa Kisala as coach on a two-year contract.
The former Express and KCCA left back cum winger rejoins the club after a stint at URA where he was relieved of his duties early this year a couple of months after replacing his boss, Moses Basena.
“Kisala is one of the few talented football coaches with vast experience in Uganda,” confirmed club Chief Executive officer Salim Abdu. “Every team would wish to have (him) as their head coach, we’ll give him all the necessary support and backing in execution of his duties at BUL FC,” he added before officially welcoming back to the ‘family’.
You’re welcome to the BUL Family Coach Kefa Kisala.
On his part, Kisala, a former national assistant coach who replaces Frank ‘Video’ Anyau couldn’t hide his joy at joining what he described as one of the best clubs in the country at the moment.
I am delighted rejoining one of the best football clubs currently in Uganda, can’t wait to get started. Bul FC is one football team with great potential and joining this big club is a dream come true.
In his first stint at the self-proclaimed Eastern Giants, the club finished in the top five and after surviving relegation by a whisker last season, they will hope he makes them a better side.
