The event organizers Supplex Gym have set the bar high with top notch organization that also includes an arm-wrestling competition as well as men’s physique, women bikini, Persons With Disabilities (PWD) category and fitness categories with action expected to start by noon.

The 2025 Mr and Miss Central Region body building championship will take place on Saturday, 20th September at the UMA show grounds Lugogo, Kampala.

Over 50 body builders are expected to take in this glamorous event with six weight categories of competition action.

These categories include bantam, Welter, Lightweight, Middle, Light heavy and heavy weight respectively.

The preparations are on-going to have a successful event. There is a lot of positivity from the body builders, clubs and sponsors. We call upon the fans to come in large numbers at UMA grounds, Lugogo.

The winner of the coveted title wins a grand prize of 10 million Uganda shillings.

Famous players as Hussein Mbajja Phinito, Daniel Mwesigwa, Farooq Miyagi, Fahad Ssetimba and others have all registered to flex the best muscles on the competition day.

Entry fees:

The entry fees for this event are fixed at 20,000/= (Bronze), 50,000/= (Silver), 100,000/= (Gold) and1,000,000/= (Table).

This championship is a precursor event for the prestigious Mr. Uganda championship coming up in November 2025.

The top three from the Central region will be joined by the other successful body builders from the Western, Eastern and Northern regions.
