KCCA beat visitors Calvary 4-2 at the MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo to climb to the top of the table.
Ivan Ahimbisibwe, Umar Lutalo, Shafik Nana Kwikiriza and Herbert Achai were on the score sheet for the Kasasiro while Calvary two consolation goals were scored by Lawrence Olaboro and Stephen Oriokot.
Ahimbisibwe set the ball rolling for the hosts in the 10th minute before Lutalo doubled the lead four minutes later.
Nana stretched the lead in the 43rd minute to take a healthy 3-0 into recess but two minutes into the second half, Olaboro pulled one back for the visitors.
But the hope of a strange comeback was extinguished when Achai added the fourth from a corner in the 63rd minute but Oriokot kept the game a little closer with a strike 10 minutes later.
In the end, Calvary, on the road for a fourth consecutive game failed to pick anything leaving them second placed from bottom with only one point as KCCA move to 11 points after five league matches.
