The Uganda Premier League (UPL) has announced a new date for the fixture between Express FC and Calvary FC.
Originally scheduled for Wednesday, December 3rd, the match had to be postponed after Express FC informed the UPL Secretariat that their home ground was unavailable due to ongoing ground improvements.
The UPL Secretariat has now confirmed that the game will be played on Thursday, December 4th, at Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo.
“The matchday nine (9) fixture between Express and Calvary has been rescheduled and will not feature on the broadcast schedule,” the UPL statement confirmed. The document further specified that match officials are required to observe a water break during the game.
Express currently sits 12th on the log with nine points from eight games, while Calvary remains at the bottom with just one point after seven outings.
