Round two of the group stage for the ongoing 2025 Africa Cup of Nations successfully came to an end on Sunday, bringing the total of games played so far to 24.

From the 24 games played, 53 goals have been scored, an average of 2.21 per match.

In terms of attendance, there was an improvement from the 236, 849 that watched games in round one to 271,159 who were in the stadia for matchday two games.

In comparision to the previous AFCON edition in Ivory Coast, 226,971 fans watched games on matchday two.

Therefore, in total, 508,008 fans have been to the 9 stadia across the six host cities in Morocco which translates to an average of 21,167 fans per match.

By the end of matchday two games in Ivory Coast, 424,851 fans had been to the stadiums. This implies there has been an increase by 83, 154 fans.
