Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed match officials that take charge of the AFCON 2025 semifinal games slated for Wednesday, 14th Janauary 2025.

Senegal will take on Egypt at Tanger Stadium while Nigeria will face hosts Morocco at the iconic Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.

Gabonese referee Pierre Ghislain Atcho will take charge of the game between Senegal and Egypt. He will work alongside fellow countryman Boris Marlaise Ditsoga and Congo’s Styven Moutsassi Moyo as first and second assistant referees respectively. Amos Abeigne Ndong also from Gabon will serve as the third assistant referee.

Experienced referee Jean-Jacques Ngambo Ndala has been appointed as the fourth officials.

Kenya’s Peter Waweru Kamaku will head the VAR team, working alongside Letticia Antonella Viana and Elvis Guy Noupe Nguegoue while Inacio Manuel Candido is the referees assessor.

For the game between Nigeria and Morocco, Daniel Nii Ayii Laryea from Ghana, Zakhele Thusi Granville Siwela, Souru Phatsoane will be in charge.

The final for 2025 Africa Cup of Nations will take place on Sunday at Prince Moulay Abdallah Stadium.
